Like Pi E, this model features Electrobike’s trademark single monocoque aluminum spar and ultra-quiet, ultra-smooth brushless 48V e-Pi motor. Two F-cell NiMH battery packs provide 50 miles of fully laden hauling (600 lb payload)—a modern day Clydesdale horse! It glides silently along and, with optional floor boards in place, provides easy mount and dismount. The many options include lockable van cube, high capacity basket (holds up to 8 grocery bags), lighting, extra battery packs for extra long driving range and even a gas-electric hybrid mode for unlimited range.
